Yeyo Joven Sol Tequila 750ml

Yéyo Joven Sol is the sun half of the brand's decorated pair, a joven tequila from Jalisco dressed in artwork drawn from Día de los Muertos. Joven blends unaged blanco with a small amount of rested tequila, so it keeps the raw agave clarity of a blanco while gaining a rounder, softer edge across the middle. The nose opens on cooked agave, orange peel and light pepper; the palate is smooth and gently sweet, with vanilla, citrus and a green herbal note underneath; the finish is short, clean and warming. Serve it neat in a copita, or use it to lift a paloma with fresh grapefruit.
