Rams Horn
The Rams Horn is gin, crème de violette and Luxardo Maraschino, stirred with orange bitters and served over ice with a lemon twist. It is spirit-forward and floral, with a cherry note and a pale blue-violet color. A stirred, stronger cousin of the Aviation for spring.

The Rams Horn is a modern recipe in the Aviation family. It drops the lemon and serves the drink stirred and on the rocks, which makes it stronger and more aromatic than the classic shaken version.

Bottle math, generally
Batching dilution
When you batch, there's no ice melting in a shaker, so you add the water yourself: 18% for spirit-forward drinks, 25% for shaken ones.
